COMPUTING PATHWAY
How we use computers and computer programs has utterly defined the world we live in today and it is computer scientists who connect the abstract with reality, creating the products we use daily. With its foundations in Maths, Computer Science spans hardware and software engineering, the user interface, and the expansion of computer technology into new areas.
Our Computing pathway will provide you with a deep understanding of computer systems, programming, algorithms, data representation and the ethical implications of new technology. You will be encouraged to think critically, develop logical reasoning and apply computational thinking through studying a wide range of modules and real world challenges.
