The health and social care sector is essential for supporting our local communities and society as a whole. It is continually evolving, creating new strategies and services to assist individuals in need. This pathway will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and  understanding necessary for working in health, childcare, or social care environments.

 

Experimental Learning

There will be the opportunity to undertake a work experience placement to put into practice the skills and knowledge you have learnt in the classroom and how these are applied in real-life health and social care settings. Students can also expect to work with our professional partners and gain experience of:

  • Professional masterclasses
  • University visits
