Our students are also a vital part of our pastoral team.

We have a large and thriving group of Peer Mentors, who undergo a rigorous selection process and receive Childline-accredited training. They serve as a friendly point of contact for anything from school-related concerns to personal issues.

Additionally, our Buddy Group system pairs Year 7 students with a buddy from Year 8, helping them smoothly navigate the transition to senior school. This system also enables close bonds across all year groups, providing younger pupils with older and wiser role models to talk to.
